In all honesty, this article could be about almost any small town in New Jersey. Cape May, Lambertville, Haddonfield, Clinton…my heart belongs to each. Luckily, I’m allowed to love more than one place. I’ve written about each of the aforementioned towns in detail though, and I’d like to cover someplace new…Somerville.
This small Somerset County town is home to about 12,000 residents. It sits atop approximately 2.3 square miles of shale and red clay deposits.
